Hi! I’m Andrea!

I am stubborn but kind (musical fans- get the reference?).

I am funny, reluctantly type-A, empathetic and creative. One friend called me their "social lifejacket" in awkward situations. Another called me a "human sparkle" and I almost cried.

I recently guest starred on CBC Gem's upcoming sketch show hosted by Juno Nominee Lido Pimienta. In one of the sketches I played a Drag King! I am currently writing an original screenplay called The Test about two twenty four year old best friends coming to terms with their changing values. It explores the unique dynamic of female friendship, religion, and personal reinvention. We plan to start pre-production in July 2022.

I am particularly drawn to dark comedy, coming of age stories and situational comedy. I sing too so I am thrilled to see musical episodes on TV (perhaps in the minority on that?). I approach characters with the unique blend of innocence and maturity I hold in my own life. I love playing, and giving depth, to the underdog and the sidekick.

More than anythiing, I love collaborating. I would love to team up and create something great :)
